Located on the prestigious gated community of “The Manors at Westridge”, within 15 minutes of all the Disney attractions, our subdivision has its own Community Clubhouse with a large swimming pool, fitness and function rooms and a large screen TV. Flood-lit tennis courts are a short walk away and there are at least three 18 hole championship golf courses located within close proximity to the villa.
After you’re hectic and exciting days in the Florida theme parks and other attractions, where better to unwind and relax than your very own private luxury home in Florida. Our luxury, air conditioned, villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite); a private screened pool and covered patio.
It accommodates up to 10 people with the option of using a foldaway sofa bed in the living room. For your entertainment, the villa has a large Cable TV / DVD player and stereo system located in the main living area, a games cupboard, a portable CD/radio and a Playstation2 for the kids. Each of the bedrooms also has its own Cable TV. The main living room (The Great Room) is spacious and tastefully decorated to a high standard, allowing you to sit back and relax in pleasant surroundings. A telephone is conveniently situated on the breakfast bar which separates the living room from the kitchen (all local calls are free of charge), the main dining area has a large rectangular table with 6 chairs. The fully fitted kitchen has modern facilities and is equipped with all the crockery, cutlery and glassware that you could possibly want. Plastic plates and glasses are provided for our younger guests and it is recommended that, for safety, all our guests use these items when sitting around the pool.
A sliding glass door leads from the living room onto the screened pool and large patio area. The floodlit pool (26ft x 13ft) with optional electric heating slopes from 3ft to 6ft deep and, whilst steps lead into the water at the shallow end, the deeper end incorporates an underwater seat.
The master bedroom, with another sliding glass door leading onto the pool side, has a queen size bed, a large walk-in wardrobe, side tables with reading lights, a second TV, a second telephone with fax machine and en-suite facilities. This en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with two built-in seats and another door leads onto the poolside patio (ideal for daytime use to prevent wet children traipsing through the house to use the bathroom).
Another spacious double bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe and luxurious en-suite facilities whilst the twin bedded rooms are close to the third bathroom which, having two doors, gives easy access from both ends of the villa.
The double garage has access from inside the villa and is equipped with a large automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. At certain times of the year this is our home and we therefore take an extra pride in its maintenance, decor and general condition. To this end we employ a nearby Management Company to look after the day to day running of the property, they are only a free telephone call away and are there to help you and to ensure that everything is in order. We have added the homely touch which is a lot more than the basic package.We are sure you will love our Florida Villa As much as we do!

Our home is located within easy reach of all the major local attractions that Orlando has to offer – Walt Disney World, Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Wet & Wild to name but a few. We are also close to the I4 which can take you an easy drive to Busch Gardens in Tampa and the beautiful beaches on the Gulf coast.
There are numerous shopping facilities close by including the Orlando Premium Outlets for all those looking for a bargain and the famous Mall of Millenia.
There are many world famous golf courses all within an easy drive too as well of lots of excellent local courses less than 5 minutes away for the sporting among you.
