Our Villa is situated in the prestigious golf community of Highlands Reserve on US27. It is only 15 minutes from Disney’s main entrance and only 5 minutes from the US192 with its’ many restaurants and shops. There are also bars and restaurants within 10 to 15 minutes walk of our villa.

The golf clubhouse is less than a minute away by car. The course is an 18 hole championship standards with lots of sand and unusually for Florida very little water. There are at least 8 courses within 20 minutes drive of the villa. One of our nearest neighbours is Champions Gate, which has two 18 hole courses and is famous for being the home of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. If you are willing to travel 1 hour or more then your choice of courses increase to around 50. There is also a children’s play area, tennis courts and a community pool.

Being only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 1 hour from Sanford Airport makes it very appealing as you will be settling down in no time to plan your long-awaited holiday.

Highlands Reserve has set the standard for future developments in the area. Our villa is fully furnished and comprises, large great room (living room), master bedroom with en suite, 4 further double bedrooms, with 3 additional bathrooms and west facing private screened swimming pool (which keeps the bugs out but lets the sun in).

The semi-private west facing swimming pool and pool deck are a great place to relax. Sun loungers, table and chairs have been provided for your comfort. Sit back, soak up the sun, read a book or have fun in the pool, the choice is yours. This is the place to wind down and recharge your batteries after long days at the theme parks. For those who would rather have shade there is a covered lanai with ceiling fan. Consider taking advantage of our pool heater from October to April as the water can get a little cool during these months.

Relax indoors in the great room (living room) or join the kids and have fun in the pool. The great room benefits from a Large Flat Screen TV with multi-channel cable TV. Sliding Patio Doors lead directly to the pool area. As our villa is “no smoking” we would appreciate if smokers would smoke in the pool area only. Wireless internet access available.

Our well equipped kitchen includes a full size oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge-freezer with ice dispenser and constant filtered ice cold water. Cutlery, crockery and glassware (and plastic-ware for the patio) are provided for 10 people. The kitchen is also equipped with a kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. The casual dining area has a table and chairs for 4 people. This is used as an every day dining area. A utility room includes a washing machine, dryer iron and iron board.

The main lounge features a quiet seating area and is on open plan with the formal dining room which seats 6 and is perfect for that romantic evening/special occasion with wine in hand and soft music or the chatter and banter that accompanies a meal with family or friends.

This lovely 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is available to rent all year round. Accommodation comprises of 5 bedrooms: a master suite with a king size bed leading to the en-suite bathroom which has a double sink and a whirlpool bath tub. This also leads onto the pool deck. A second master suite has a king size bed, TV/VHS and a full en-suite bathroom with a single sink and also leads onto the pool deck. There is a further double bedroom plus two twin bedded rooms which share a bathroom which is also the pool bath leading straight onto the pool deck so wet people dont have to go through the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and there is a breakfast nook and a formal dinning table seating 6 and also a formal dinning area with a TV/DVD, stereo and a portable radio/CD player.

There is a large pool area with a covered lanai with ample pool furniture for guests and it is very private with a fence round the garden/pool area. The pool is screened and heated and boasts a spa for your relaxation.

Its location is just 15 mins away from Disney and just 30 mins away from other attractions such as Sea World, Universal Studios and Wet’n’Wild. This home is deal for your family vacation and is a home from home.

Accommodation comprises of 5 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms, which consists of Master bedroom with King size bed, large walk in closet, TV VCR, en-suite consists of bath/shower his and her wash hand basins, WC. 2nd bedroom has a Queen Size bed, TV, 3rd and 4th bedroom have Twin Beds one room is decorated for the kids – Disney theme.
